Frequently asked questions for wholesale accounts
1. What makes PositiviTee a “green” company?
PositiviTee uses 100% certified fair-trade organic cotton. We use water base inks for silk screening and recycled paper for our tags. Our employees recycle all paper, cans and glass. We even have a compost bin for lunch waste!
2. How do I place a wholesale order?
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a line sheet, color close-ups and an order form which can be e-mailed right back. We try to be as paperless as possible.
3. What do you need from me to place a wholesale order?
All we need is your federal tax ID number, company name, contact person, address and ship date.
4. Is there a minimum?
There is no minimum, per piece or dollar amount: give us a try.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
Because there is no minimum, you can try us out. We take credit cards with first orders and once we’ve established a relationship, accept 30 days net.
6. Do you attend tradeshows?
We don’t do tradeshows. Our wholesale profit is so slim, we can’t afford to. We look to our wholesale accounts to boost our quantity (therefore our giving power). We do not pay for advertising but depend on the power of P.R.
7. What are your signature pieces?
Each season there is a best seller. When you e-mail us for a line sheet, ask us and we’ll be happy to guide you.
8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We will refund any item shipped damaged. Also, if you’d like to swap sizes, we are happy to accommodate requests pending inventory.
